Hucklenut has thrown in the towel given that it is now certain McCain will be the 2008 Republican Party presidential nominee.   Thanks Mike for being a spoiler for Mitt Romney and leaving us with one of the most liberal Republicans in the U.S. Senate as our nominee.

Despite Romney winning 41% of the first round of voting in West Virginia’s convention, McCain delegates threw their support behind Huckabee in round two.  The end result: Huckabee wins 52%  to Romney’s 48%.
