It looks like the petition for a Writ of Certiorari may have been denied at the full Court’s conference today.  

The Donofrio case challenged Obama’s eligibility to be POTUS.

Per scotusblog. com in only two cases today was the cert granted — Donofrio v. Wells was not one of them.

Update: Perhaps a final decision has not yet occurred.  From The Right Side of Life:

As the WSJ MarketWatch article suggests, below, it is likely that the Supremes won’t hand down a decision until Monday, December 8, ~10am ET. Sources seem to be confirming this.
