When Democrats Attack…

A suit filed by a PA Democrat claims Obama is not eligible to be President of the United States! 

Philip J. Berg, Esq., an avid Hillary supporter, has just filed suit in U.S. District Court and is seeking to have Obama’s name taken off the ballot.  Berg is best known for his involvement with the “9/11 was an inside job crowd”.

Berg charges that Obama does not meet the “natural born” citizen requirement under Section II, Article I of the U.S. Constitution.  He claims:

…Senator Obama:
 
1. Is not a naturalized citizen; and/or
2. Lost his citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia; and/or
3. Has dual loyalties because of his citizenship with Kenya and Indonesia

 

Update:  Judge R. Barclay Surrick is assigned to the case – a Bill Clinton appointee.  TRO is denied but case is still open.

Update:  Phil Berg, the lawyer who filed the suit, is scheduled to appear on the radio show Coast to Coast AM on 8/22.

Factcheck, owned by the The Annenberg Foundation, has claimed to see a new and different Obama COLB, but questions persist and persist.
