A suit filed by a PA Democrat claims Obama is not eligible to be President of the United States! 

Philip J. Berg, Esq., an avid Hillary supporter, has just filed suit in U.S. District Court and is seeking to have Obama’s name taken off the ballot.  Berg is best known for his involvement with the “9/11 was an inside job crowd”.

Berg charges that Obama does not meet the “natural born” citizen requirement under Section II, Article I of the U.S. Constitution.  He claims:

Factcheck, owned by the The Annenberg Foundation, has claimed to see a new and different Obama COLB, but questions persist and persist.

The talk used to be that Whites would be a minority of the population in the United States by 2050.

Now, the Census Bureau is set to weigh in and the inflection point is 8 years earlier:

In a new report out Thursday, the U.S. Census Bureau projects the nation will become much more diverse by midcentury, with minorities forecast to become the majority population by 2042, experts said.

…non-Hispanic whites’ share of the nation’s population is projected to drop from 66 percent currently to 46 percent by 2050.

God helps us.  I think the Spartan Spectator got it right as to where we are headed.

I kid you not:  U.S. acts to open borders to foreigners with HIV

“Today everyone knows that you can’t get AIDS from sitting next to someone on an airplane or sharing a bathroom — American policy should reflect this,” said Victoria Neilson, legal director of Immigration Equality, a New York-based advocacy group that has led a years-long campaign against the ban.

Excuse me, but what about the woman who is raped and infected by one of these wonderful immigrants?  What about the child that is sexual molested?  Not to mention the burden to our already taxed health care system that these creatures add.

A good lawyer should sue the hell out of the government on behalf of any citizen infected with HIV/AIDS as a result of this policy.

Tucked in a bill pledging $48 billion to combat the disease, signed into law by President Bush last week, was language stripping the provision from federal immigration law.

Thank you Congress and President Bush for bestowing this great honor on your fellow citizens.  I am sure all our lives will be far more enriched with HIV/AIDS infected immigrants coming to our shores en masse.

Universal humanitarism will be the death of us.

A study by Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer last year found 63 percent of women surveyed reported being sexually harassed while on subways and another 10 percent said they were sexually assaulted.

The study also found that 69 percent of the women surveyed reported they had felt the threat of sexual assault or harassment while on the city subway system.

As a native New Yorker and one who has had the unfortunate pleasure of riding the subway, these statistics come as no surprise.  Virtually every instance that I have witnessed covering a range of misdeeds on the subway involves packs of Blacks or Hispanics.  Rarely are they perpetrated by Whites and certainly never Asians. 

The daily subway experience for Whites runs the gamut.  On a good day, we are subject to blaring rap music, loud and often profane language and a general level of disrespect.  On a bad day, we are the victims of robbery, rape or, worse, murder.   

We cannot dismiss these events as being isolated to the unheavenly City.  They are going on every day, in every corner of this once great republic.  Only those with a brain impaired by political correctness cannot see what is plainly before their eyes.

These events are troubling in and of themselves as they signal that our civilzation is circling the drain.  Rampant lawlessness is a hallmark of a third world nation.   The future offers no relief: the crime demographic (Black males 18-35 years old) is set to surge in the coming years.  It seems things will likely only get worse.     

What is more alarming however is the reaction of Whites.  Or pehaps I should say the non-reaction of Whites.  Whites would rather stare at their shoelaces than make eye contact with the perpetrators much less exchange words or, heaven forbid, get involved in a physical altercation.  It is a sad state of affairs when White men won’t come to the defense of a White woman being groped.   We truly have lost all sense of honor.

Oh where, oh where is Bernie Goetz when we need him.
